WasteVia may need to verify the identity or authority of the person making a request before processing it.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, contractual, security, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

An employer, municipality, customer, contractor, or other organization may provision or administer a user’s WasteVia account.

Depending on the user’s relationship with that organization, authorized administrators may manage account access and may have access to information generated as part of the organization’s use of WasteVia.

Users should contact their organization administrator regarding organization-specific policies governing their use of WasteVia.
